UK DELIVERY

We send all items with Royal Mail - large letter size items are sent first class, with a confirmation of delivery (bandanas, collars, pet tags etc).  Larger items (bags, blankets, towels) are sent using a 48 hour tracked service.  Items are sent within 2 business days.

When you upgrade to First Class Tracked you are also upgrading the speed of posting - we will post upgraded items either the same or the next day (Noon is cut off for same day posting).

Any UK orders over £30.00 are sent using a 24 Tracked service as standard - please note, if you want your order to be sent as a priority, you will need to upgrade your service. Thank you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All international orders are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Please contact us if you require any further information.

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed aim to deliver to Europe within 5-7 working days.
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed aim to deliver worldwide within 7-11 working days.

Please be aware shipping may take longer at busier times, eg. the Christmas period. 

Spoilt Rotten Pets is a UK based store that manufactures and dispatches from the UK. International buyers will be charged the appropriate tax/VAT once your order has arrived in the destination country, this charge will usually be requested by the courier company delivering your order. Buyers are responsible for any customs, VAT & import taxes that may apply. Spoilt Rotten Pets are not responsible for delays due to customs.

TIMESCALES
We always try to make sure we have all materials in stock but sometimes supplies will be unavailable. In the event of your order being unavailable we will contact you to issue you a full refund or if you'd prefer let you know when it is back in stock.

RETURNS
If you would like to return any of your items please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange to send items back - please ensure items are, unused, in original packaging, and in a new condition for us to be able to refund the item.

If on receipt your item is damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as you can so we can arrange return and replacement, you can do this by using the contact us form, or calling our workshop by telephone on 01329 282800.

A refund or replacement will be arranged.  Any items that have been personalised cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless of course, the item is faulty, or if we have personalised it incorrectly.​
